Pre Order
Our pre-order accounts work similarly to our regular site, with the added benefit of larger quantities.
All of our manufactured products are available for pre-order, including discontinued items, at a 20% discount off the regular wholesale price.
How to Order:
1. Add the desired items to your cart and select the quantity (minimum 100 pieces per color, per item);
2. For discontinued patterned items or new colors, please email us at preorder@lulubags.co.uk for specific terms;
3. Customize the branding and packaging before checkout. If you require this service, please finalize it now to ensure proper charges and timely processing;
4. Place your order with a 30% deposit (other payment plans are available). Processing starts once the deposit is paid, so we recommend paying promptly.
Timeline:
Average turnaround time is 90-100 days after deposit payment and order confirmation.
Note: Orders placed before and during Chinese New Year may take longer due to factory closures.
You will be contacted 1-2 weeks before your products arrive in our warehouse. Payment must be received before arrival to ensure immediate dispatch.
Late Payment:
Late payments may result in the withdrawal of the 20% discount and additional fees: 1% annual interest and a £1 per box weekly storage fee.
Eligibility:
To activate a pre-order account, you must:
1. Be a wholesale customer
2. Have placed over 5 orders in total
3. Have ordered over £5,000 in total
Once these criteria are met, you’ll be notified and granted access to your pre-order account.
