Our website is easy to use, working the same as any retail website. The website uses a live stock feature, meaning all products shown are available at the time of purchase.
Terms And Conditions
Our minimum order is £100 (excluding VAT), with no minimum quantity requirements so you can purchase single pieces. We offer free shipping when you spend over £200 (excluding VAT) to Mainland UK. We require payment in full before we begin with processing and shipment. When your order is shipped, we will send you a coupon code to use on your next purchase (e.g. £50 to be used within 30 days). We offer other discounts for volume purchases starting at 5% off £500, 10% off £1000 rising to a maximum of 15% off £5000. Free postage does not apply with other deals i.e. Black Friday.
With the expansion of the Miss Lulu/Kono brand bags and suitcases in the UK and Europe, in order to provide a normal business environment and better service for agents at all levels; we feel some terms and conditions need to be put in place.
We hereby declare that all agents are not allowed to list existing ASINs on the e-commerce platform (Amazon). We request that you create your own listings, which can be freely priced. Once your listings have been created, if anyone else sells under your listing and tries to undercut your prices please report to us. We will impose penalties on the non-compliant seller or stop supplying them. We feel that this will benefit our agents as we know several pay to sponsor their adverts and it is unfair for other agents to jump on the listing and steal sales. Our aim is to make selling our products as fair as possible in the growing market.
Create A Wholesale Account
Creating a wholesale account is quick and easy. Click here to find our online form. Fill in all the required information carefully, making sure all information is accurate. When you get to the option "Account Type", please make sure you select "trade" if you are applying for wholesale. Once this has been completed, lets us know via email and we can verify and activate your account (this usually takes less than 24 hours Mon-Fri). To email us simply fill in the contact form below with your name and email address; and let us know in the "enquiry" box that you have created an account that needs activation.
